ive been going at my diet hard now for near 3 weeks, pretty much on a liquid diet and training 6 days a week...it usually flies off me, but this time doesnt feel like ive lost anything. I dont like using scales but what are the best indicators?
This couldn't be more accurate. I tried every type of diet known to man, once i started eating right and working hard the weight just started to fall off. Most people cannot believe how many times i eat, i don't eat a large quantity of food but i eat all day long.
