How do you know if your losing fat??

ive been going at my diet hard now for near 3 weeks, pretty much on a liquid diet and training 6 days a week...it usually flies off me, but this time doesnt feel like ive lost anything. I dont like using scales but what are the best indicators?
 
More or less porridge in the morning 3 whey protein shakes. Soup in evening and maybe if I'm hungry a bit of cottage cheese and carrot before bed.

No one should be on this kind of diet unless they are in the hospital about to get, or recovering from surgery lol. There are better ways to diet to lose fat bro. Read some stickies on how to cut they will enlighten you.

:biggthump This couldn't be more accurate. I tried every type of diet known to man, once i started eating right and working hard the weight just started to fall off. Most people cannot believe how many times i eat, i don't eat a large quantity of food but i eat all day long.
 
Not what I had in mind when you said "liquid diet" I used to be on a different kinda liquid diet for about 3 yrs, almost lost everything, then something clicked. Deff. read 3j's sticky

what do u plan to achieve with this???

do u wanna look like snoop dog?? your body is gonna eat away at all ur muscle.. your metabolism is gonna be crap afterwords..

horrible diet..
