2 cups of rice (about 80 g carbs)
40 g Protein Shake

Pre-Workout:

Post-Workout:
40 g Protein Shake
5 g Glutamine

Same as #2 and #3
So I take in about 100 grams of protein a sitting, which might be too much, but it gets me to:
420 g protein
about 240 g carbs ed
I probably need more carbs, huh.
