How does this routine look? please comment.

Feel free to comment or make suggestions for changes.
I have been making good gains with this for a few months now, my main focus is strength and mass. I may buy some bands soon and start doing speed work, my deadlift needs it.

day 1 - Bench press
-work up to a 3 rep max and do 2 sets
-CGBP or skull crushers 3x8
-weighted dips 2x8
-lateral raises 2x8
- Abs heavy 3x10 varying exercises weekly
day 2 - Dead lifts
- varying styles E3W work up to 3RM x 2 sets
(if doing goodmornings i use 5x5 here)
-glute ham raise 4x8
- BB row 3x8
- BB shrug 3x8
- ABS heavy 3or4 sets
day 3 - Squat
varying style E3W
- work up to 3RM x 2 (sometimes 5x5)
- SLDL 3 or 4 x8
- lunges 3 x 8-10 alternate BB and DB weekly
-ABS heavy 3or4 sets
 
Not bad I know a lot of people who use a similar routine to gain size--now diet is going to be the key if you want this routine to help you put on size.
