how has HRT/ testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) changed your life??

It has changed my life for the better. Im a much easier person to deal with now. Ive been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 4-5 years and havent looked back. I have tried every form available at almost any dosage. I love it and hate life without it. I think if doctors are going to treat it they need to drop the "here's your androgel; you dont need to worry about estrogen" bit because it stops alot of guys from seeing the true benefits.?

TRT has literally changed my life for the better (I went from a TT of 120 ng/dL to a healthy 850 ng/dL). I was constantly tired, had a poor memory, depressed and constantly fighting with my wife over the smallest issues. I was simply unable to lose any bodyfat regardless of how hard I worked at the gym and kept my diet in check. I seriously talk to all of my friends and relatives that seem to be suffering from the same low-T symptoms I had and have recommended talking to their doctors about having some tests run to see if they are suffering from hypogonadism.

It's pitifully sad how much of a contrast there is between female menopause awareness and andropause (male menopause) in our medical society. Many doctors simply do not correlate all of the symptoms a patient is having (diabetes, high adipose fat, low libido, mental issues) with a lower level of testosterone and only treat these symptoms with drugs that have their own nasty side effects. I have had to educate my PCP on the value of optimal hormone levels (E2 and testosterone) as not only do these two hormones cause short-term health concerns, but they can have LIFE THREATENING long-term effects. Low testosterone levels can literally kill you, this is not broscience - there are actual pubmed articles indicating this as scientific fact.

TRT not only has changed my life, but it has saved my life and my marriage. I have no doubts about this. :)

It hasn't changed my life at all, except for lightening my wallet. I am about to go to post cycle therapy (pct) and bail altogether.

Well I hope it works out for you. I have known others that have dropped it but its usually due to the doc not taking the time to do a proper evaluation. Im sorry to hear it isnt working for you.

so lets hear it...

Only one vial down so far at 200mg weekly - going e5d at 150 mg injections and starting to see results. The financial investment alone has motivated me to get into the gym and eat correctly. I have dropped a couple pant sizes and shirts fit way better so while there is no weight loss, composition is definitely changing. I wish I would have done a body fat test prior to starting but I feel I am getting more muscle/less fat.

So I put on a belt that I wear frequently yesterday morning and sinched it up without thinking much about it and it slid nicely into a new hole that has never been used since purchasing the belt! I had to do a double take but sure enough - there are not many holes either so it is a substantial move between the holes.

Just out of curiosity this morning I grabbed a pair of jeans that I had not been able to get into comfortably a few months ago and I'll be damned if I am not sitting here wearing them right now with a little extra room everywhere!

Not saying testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) has helped me lose weight but it has enabled me to get to working out more and increasing my lean muscle - weight has only dropped minimally but I like these kinds of results!
