How high is too high for RBC ?

Just had a TRT appt with my doc and reviewed complete CBC results. Everything was in range except RBC was at 5.6. The normal range is up to 5.5. My TRT doc was not concerned at all.

I do have an appt to donate blood next week as I'm concerned about keeping RBC in range.

As an aside - BP was a bit high at 130/96. Assume from the elevated RBC.

Agree and I do. Have donated 3x already this calendar year and have an appt to donate next week. I will have donated 5x by the end of the year.
