How Necessary Is It To Wear A Training Belt While Lifting? As Long As You Have Good Form And All...especially On Squats...even If You Have Good Form Should You Still Wear A Back Belt?

huskyguy said:For warm up sets on squats or deads I do not wear a belt. Once the weight starts getting really heavy I feel a belt provides needed support and confidence needed to do the lift. The same for knee wraps as well.
