I like the casein before bed. Basically no carbs in my shake, low calories and almost 40 grams of slow digesting protein and its quick. Can't beat it.
Yes.. Casein is reccomended before bed, but I have $700 in weight gainer shakes and $0 in casein shakes lol.

dont ever waste ur money like that again... eat real food.. there are meals that u can make with high calories...
I eat LOTS of real food, I consume these shakes 10 minutes within waking up when im still half asleep and dont want food (dont really want a shake either but its easier lol) post workout and 15 minutes before bed.

You can get better macros with a WAY better ingredient profile (and probably better taste) for dirt cheap:
-20oz whole milk (or bitch milk aka low fat milk if you want)
- 1 cup oatmeal ground OR whole
- 2-3 tablespoons pb, almond butter or other
- 1 scoop whey or egg protein
- banana and/or honey for taste
- olive oil if you eat an anorexic cheerleader diet with super low fat
$700 would have bought a life time supply of those shakes for you and 3 friends.
For the bigger dudes, coconut milk works better than whole milk.
