How long after last day of PCT to start up another one???

It's often said time on = time off, meaning if your cycle is 2 months long, you should wait 2 months after post cycle therapy (pct) before getting on another cycle.

Just curious to know how long on average do you guys wait after post cycle therapy (pct) is finished to start up another cycle?

I try to go by the rule of thumb...."time on = time off".

The only sure fire way to know if you are recovered though, is to get blood work done.

The only sure way of knowing whether or not you have fully recovered it thorough blood work. This is why it is a good idea to have some blood test taken BEFORE you start a cycle. By doing this, you have some values to compare with your post cycle blood work.

Time on = Time off is okay, but some cycle will require more time to recover than others. For example, deca seems to shut people down pretty hard, so it's pretty safe to say that your body many need some more time to recover from a cycle consisting of deca.

I would say the same for tren. Anyway time on=time off i would consider time on even post cycle therapy (pct). Hence, let's say: 8 weeks cycle plus 4 weeks recovery means wait 12 weeks befor new cycle.

Your body will recover faster from fina than deca. With deca you have 3 weeks to wait after your last shot before you begin post cycle therapy (pct) and then the actual post cycle therapy (pct) recovery time. Altogether you are looking at a month and a half or so. Fina has a short half life so you can start post cycle therapy (pct) much sooner and get back on the recovery tract.

in March and post cycle therapy (pct) ended by the first week of June, could I start another one
by August or even July?

We need to know what you cycle will consist of, both dosage and duration wise.
