A few days is fine. My first TRT doc used to give me 10 weeks at a time and I never noticed the rubber getting funky. I wouldn't recommend anyone do that but the particular syringes I had didn't appear to have any issues.
Why not bring the vial and syringes? I dont like to have gear stored in a syringe. It has the potential to eat away at the rubber part of the plunger. You dont want to be injecting that stuff if it does make its way into the oil.
If you do end up flying with it make sure to put in something fairly rigid to protect it. There's nothing like unpacking on the other side of the world and finding you gear has coated the inside of your shaving kit
I used to have to travel with the syringes because my script was printed on a bag full of preloaded syringes and it said x syringes with x amount in each...
