how long can you stay on AI?

Quick question guys, how long can you take and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if you are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or cruising? would you have to wait and see if it has an effect on your libido or wait to see the early signs of gyno? are there any other sides from long term use?

Blood work will always be the key. Typically though, as long as you are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) there will be a need for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) - I have read posts from some that don't need it with lower doses so it might depend on your dose also. I would be more proactive than just waiting to see if you develop sides from it because at that point you are already going to be out of whack.

You're goal should be testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). The last thing you want to do is crash your E2. My e2 is runs around 30 without any type of Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I did a blast at 500mg with stane 12.5mg/ed and my e2 dropped to 13. I was in terrible shape. Anxiety from hell, panic attacks, head fog, dizziness. It took about 2 weeks to recover. Whatever you do make sure you get blood work to see where you are at. Good luck..

If you can get by without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you should try to, but a lot of guys can't and need it to control E2. You just don't want to crash your E2. It is known that low E levels (below 18 or so) can cause lose of bone density and osteoporosis.

Know one knows the long term affects of being on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) yet, that I'm aware of.

What's a good dose for arimadex

I am on 200mg a week of test cypionate and I feel tenderness in my nipples do my doc prescribed me 1mg of arimadex 3 times a week. I heard that that dose is too much and my E2 was like at 15 the last blood work done. Any advice on what dose is better?
