intresting ?. Everyone is differant though so if your asking this to base it to yourself it wont be to accurate. Some people dont start training from 200, some people are taller some are shorter. Everyone is differant.
How good are you at keeping track of your calories religiously? How much shortness of breath are you willing to put up with when your gut pushes up against your diaphragm?
I am 6' and I got to 225 naturally and then at age 26 I did gear and within a couple of years I got to where my normal weight is now around 255
Remember weight is only important for a sport specific reason(make weight) how you look at a certain weight is more important
