I train for around 45 minutes. Its non-stop, though. I don't talk or play at all. I don't think I could go any longer!

1-2 hours, it depends. I do a shitload of warmups cause I'm old and my joints ain't what they used to be. Most often I rest a lot between sets, but sometimes I do timed sets, again, it depends.

i don't really understand the logic behind the 2 and 3 hour workouts, but I go for about 50min. Definately no more than one hour. When I cut, cardio is separated from weights as much as possible. Normally cardio is in the morn, and weights are evening. But seriously, why???? Two and three hours??? Can you say severe catabolism, and cortisol. Its like taking a butcher knife to your muscles. Im not huge, but I am fairly experienced for my age. I guess it all depends on your goals. Maybe for powerlifters or something that don't really give a shit what they look like.

Imo it depends on the muscles your working, I have trained 2-3 hours a day and have also had short workouts. I find the intensity in the short workouts makes up for the less sets you'd be doing. Also, for people like myself goin the all nat route, it prevents overtraining. Overall I prefer around 90 mins per workout

I'm at the gym from 7-9:20 am, give or take a little bit, but ALOT of it is eaten up by cardio, sometimes I'll stay longer if I'm up all night and need to burn myself out in order to fall asleep when I get home.

50 minutes to an hour, doing two muscle groups. 6 times a week. This is wat gave me best results.

I do 2 muscle groups in a day of training. The large muscle group always takes longer. I dont like to rush in the gym either. Like rests between squat sets is like 4 minutes sometimes. Sometimes a full workout takes 1hr 10 mins, sometimes just 1hr, and sometimes 1.5hrs. Never loger than that! NEVER.

Usually 10 minutes talking, 15 minutes stretching, and about 40 minutes lifting (including rest between sets)
