Ok, so maybe not as simple as I thought it was going to be. First off here is the Test at 100 mg/wk TRT dosage. I assume 10 day half life and 2x / wk.

This is just to show your TRT dosage results in numbers around 14 on this graph.
Next this is what Test P at 100 EOD looks like. I assumed 3 day half life.

You can see it bleeds down really fast, like within 2 weeks basically gone.
Here is deca 125 mg/wk. I assumed 14 day half life and 2x/wk.

This shows you reach about 18 on the graph from 125 mg/wk.
Now this deca chart shows what it bleed down like.

Really slow bleed down. So I think to answer your question - for test two weeks is enough. For deca I'm not really sure. You know it fools the standard testosterone blood test and causes it to read high. Looks to me like it would take at least 6, to as many as 8 weeks, for it to be so low as to not have an effect.
This last one is a little busy. The blue is Test P, yellow deca, red Test E, and the black is the total of all these. This assumes stopping the Test P and deca in week #5, and starting Test E in week #4. You can see that you don't really bleed down to equivalent to TRT until about week #14 because the deca takes so long to clear.
