How long to Really take between cycles??

I was just wondering how long should you take between cycles?..

I have never came to a conclusion on this because half the people here say TIME ON + post cycle therapy (pct) = TIME OFF

while the other half says TIME ON = TIME OFF not counting post cycle therapy (pct)

I know that this is just a way to be safe and that each body recovers on different time but i wanted to know what everyone thinks??

Would you say that the TIME ON + post cycle therapy (pct) = TIME OFF should be used mostly in heavier cycles like with 750mg/wk of test or more and other compounds while the TIME ON = TIME OFF not counting post cycle therapy (pct) should be used on lighter cycles like with no more than 600 mg of test/wk and no more than 2 compounds or something like that ???

Or maybe the TIME ON = TIME OFF not counting post cycle therapy (pct) should be used as a time to do a blood test and if everything is alright then you are good to go again and if not then do a new post cycle therapy (pct) or just do the TIME ON + post cycle therapy (pct) = TIME OFF since its 1 month longer than the other (i think most post cycle therapy (pct)s last for 1 month) ???

Time on+pct=time off is probably the safest way u could go about it. Getting blood work.to see where ur test levels are are important for determining when u start again.

There is no right answer here, and no, time on does not automatically equate to time off. All depends on your goals and level of natty development. Those who compete or are at advanced levels most certainly do not do time on = time off. Me, personally, my next will definitely be a longer cycle because I'm at max natty potential and want to compete.

either way- whats the difference? pct is only an extra 4 weeks... there is no right or wrong answer. the only real way to gauge anything is with bloodwork. otherwise time on + pct or not including pct could both not be best for you. everyone is different...
