How long to wait between cycles

I just finished a Turinabol cycle (5week)from Primordial and I finish torem pct this week. How long should I wait till I start my next cycle? I am thinking about epistane because I like mild compounds that do not (low risk) of aromatizing. I know both of these are methylated but I take liver supps (Liver Juice). Thanks

After PCT I have been waiting anywhere from 4-8 wks. In between cycles I have been running just basic supps like a multi v, fat burners, fish oil, etc. Everyone I have ever spoken to has said 4-8 weeks is a good number. You may fine and think your good to start another cycle, but like I said everyone has told to take a break for good reasons.

Thanks guys that is what I was thinking. Also is epistane a good one to do next. Turinabol worked good. I am just wanting very lean gains and not something too harsh. Thanks
