Hello you'll. So as the titles states, how long should i wait before doing another cycle? did a search but found nothing concrete nor a sticky.

Thats a great question. ive heard 12 to 16 weeks depending on your previous cycle regime.

The length of the cycle + time between PCT + time of PCT = most in between recommended "off times" by people who have a lot of experience and k knowledge.
added:Time between PCT means after last injection/steroid use and starting PCT and can depend on things like Test prop which has a short 1/2 life and test cyp which has a long 1/2 life.

The real answer will depend on your bloodwork.
Always always do bloodwork.
Once pct is done (if coming off) or u return to cruise dose. I feel like the minimum is 4 weeks starting once blood levels have been documented within range.

Anecdotally, the advice has long been time on + PCT = time off.
Lab results would confirm or deny this for individual users.
If you’re blasting and cruising, you can probably alter those numbers, but you should still give the endocrine system a good break 2-3 times a year and get baseline bloodwork levels.
Play the long game, do your research, spend some money and get your bloodwork.
