how long will it take to gain???

how long will it take to go from 183- to 195 lbs? I need to gain 11 lbs of muscle mass. how long will it take and what should i do? should i do cardio?
 
It will take 3 weeks, 7 hours, and 43 minutes. It is impossible to answer this question. Should you do cardio? You're not gonna gain weight by expending more calories...

Depends on how long you been working out? How much food do you take in? Are you on anabolics??

good questions. if your natural and you want to gain 10 lbs of strictly muscle mass that could take a damn long time, if your ok with gaining some fat about 2 mos....if your on the juicey....im no expert but from what i understand a decent 12 week cycle could get you an honest 20 lbs, prolly 15 of which would be lean body mass....why the hurry??
 
I am in a hurry because I am going back to wrestling school soon. Here is my dillema. In jan i was 163...now i am 183. However, my abs don't show up very well. you cant see the bottom two. sometimes it looks gross. and I am trying to get wider. some people are saying that when I get to 195 i will be all fat. I am not taking anything. Maybe in the future I will do a cycle. I want to go natural right now though. I am asking about cardio because i am wondering if i do cardio and keep eating alot that possibly i can get that fat off my style while continue to gain weight. is it possible?
 
Natural and expecting to gain 12 lbs of muscle and no fat will take a long ass time. A year maybe. If you don't mind putting on some fat, depends on how much you eat...a month...3 months...all depends on what you put in your mouth and how much.
 
when i gain that fat around my stomach what should i do? should i take a fat burner during my bulking phase???
 
its not as easy as that. i wish it was. you actually have to diet after you put on that mass. and if you dont know how to diet right, youll just end up right back at square 1.

Best bet trying to cut up and gain mass is HIT style workouts and HIIT style cardio. Even then your goals are very lofty.
 
i measured my bodyfat today and its at 17 percent. but i used one of those things that u hold. are those accurate? my abs still show except the lower 2.time to use no xplode.and superdrol.

Post a pic and we can estimate your bf. If you can see your abs you're probably lower than 17%.

That's the reason you want to gain 11 pounds? So that you look more cut?

To get more cut as quickly as possible, just use Winstrol (winny). I'm kidding! Don't use Winny.

Do a HIIT cardio routine, get clean, etc. Common sense.

I can't believe you think you loose gross because you don't have definition in your stomach. I can't imagine what you would think of me. Even back when I was but 150 pounds, I had excess fat in my stomach. Now at 200 lbs, the situation isn't any better for me.

You can't bet it! In and out gym door under an hour, 30 minutes of that talking to the girls.
