So how long would it take you to eat this amount of eggs? and what shake drinks would you mix it up with?

i average about 10 eggs a day (many of those just the egg whites).. you have 120 eggs there..

12 days?? roughly..

It would take me a while. I dont eat many eggs any more. Cant stomach them, I wore them out. In a few month ill be back on the egg train again though.

Lol, that's probably why I could demolish that many - I haven't been eating them that often lately. 24 egg omelettes ftw!

I do that will all my proteins, go hog wild a completely wear it out to the point I cant even smell it with out it turning me off, lol. Only way I can do eggs now is with a chunk of avocado with each bite, and yolks runny. Cant even take one bite of scrambled :s

Lol, yup!

Currently sick of sausage (high fat protein for keto), so switching back to tuna for awhile. Then shredded chicken (still can't stand breast, so thighs) and probably turkey, followed by beef and venison.

Funny how that works; it would probably be so much easier if I just mixed things up more often!

Lol, ya for sure. Might be a good idea to just eat a different protein source for each meal of the day. Pretty hard to wear something out doing things that way, but Ill probably keep being stubborn and wearing things out. Breasts are getting hard for me now too. Ill go by those pre cooked chickens from the store, completely rip apart a shred the whole thing up, that's some good eating. Ill do that cold with rice, coleslaw, some cucumbers and a lil salad dressing on it, mix it all up! Nice and light and easy to eat.

I found with Keto, that mixing protein sources helps mix things up for flavor (and to add more fat).. For example, cook your chicken all wrapped up with cheese and bacon (you can even add a heavy whipping cream sauce), way better then boring ass dry chicken by itself,, and you get the added fat calories needed for Ketosis

It'd take me about 11 or 12 days...

I have 8 eggs in my morning pancake, and eggs mid-afternoon most days in a salad...

I could smash 120 eggs in 10 days easy. Love them, easily digestable source of protein and so so many ways to cook them and drink them. 10 days max. 4 in the am. for breakfast, 4 split between post wo shake and pre-bedtime shake and other 4 about 2-3 hours after wo. Piece of cake.
