outlawtas New member Dec 5, 2006 #3 72 hours is considered by many the time for a muscle to be repaired. That being said, you really only need to hit them once a week. I like this split: Chest/bis Back/Tris Legs/Shoulders Catchup day if you like cuz you work some muscles twice a week indirectly.
