How many calories to burn....

How many calories should you be burning doing cardio a day. I try to do 40 minutes of cardio and I burn around 575 calories. Think thats good enough?

....and on a different subject....I started a test cyp and Winstrol (winny) cycle this past Saturday, i know it takes 3 weeks for the test to really kick in but how long do u think it would take for the winny?
 
When you do cardio you say your doing it for 40 minutes and burning 575 calories, according to what though. If you listen to the machines their horribly off on calories spent, i do 50 minutes of cardio, and according to the machine im burning like 950 calories but according to my heart rate monitor im burning approx. 550 so you can see the difference there, and thats that i keep my heart rate between 70 to 85 percent of my MHR, which is ideal for burning fat calories.
Oh and how much Winstrol (winny) and test are you taking a week.
 
I'am taking 500mg of test a week, and 50mg of Winstrol (winny) ED. When I do cardio, it asks me for my weight and its around 170. My heart rate is always around 145-160 when I do cardio. I'am also taking ephedrine 2-3 times a day.
 
Theres a thread somewhere on this borded title HEART RATE, it should help you find your target heart rate and how many fat calories your burning, and what your goals should be, ArmyBrat gives pretty good info on stuff like that. As far as the test its usually about 3-4 weeks b4 it kicks in, thats the general consenus it might be a little different from you. Good Luck

I don't think you should measure your cardio by calories...try time, instead...aim for 45-60min a day, 5-7 days of the week...If you're trying to lose weight, make sure your diet is in check...
