I vary every single workout. But usually 4-5 per part and 3-5 sets. I only do each part 1x per week so I like to make sure I got it good. Squat, Deadlift are the only 2 constants.
it depends. I change it up during gaining and cutting phases. Normally tho, i do about 3-4 for large groups and 2 for bis and tris - all at 3 sets. If i want more variation with the bis and tris i will do 3 workouts but only 2 sets a workout. I dont like doing too many sets for the small groups. Workin well so far.
