How many grams of fat do you consume on cycle

Hey fellas,

I am two pins into my first cycle and have been keeping my diet as it normally is. For bulking I generally try to eat 500 or so above maint which is 3700-3800 cals. I have always had good results with keeping fat at .45g per pound. For me that is around 90g. I get a little under or a little over depending on what my main meat of the day is. Yesterday I had 20+oz of lean ground turkey so my fat content was a little lower. The day before I had a pound of lean gb instead which put fat around 100.

I was just curious if fat content stays the same while on cycle? I don't see what diet would be different.

I am talking about healthy fats. All of mine comes from meat, pb, fish oil or olive oil.
 
fats are good for you but you have to look at your goals on cycle.. what are you trying to do?
 
Im bulking right now. Yesterday my numbers were 3795cal 347g pro 420g carbs and 79g fat. Along time ago when I first started counting macros I only kept track of protein and carbs. Little did I know I was consumong.maybe 30g of fat a day. Ever since then ive tried to make a conscious effort to get enough good healthy fats in.

Thank 3J. That means alot coming from you. My diet is one thing I really pride myself on and try to keep in check. After being a former fatty I am a little OCD about counting cals and eating clean
 
Was a big dude my whole life and decided to change that about 6 years ago. I started trying to eat better foods and hitting the weight. I remember when I couldn't even lift the bar. I was close to 300lbs and after doing tons of cardio and eating hardly anything (put my body in starvation mode without realizing it) I dropped down to 180 lbs. Even then I was still at 17+ body fat. I decided to start bulking the healthy way and began training hard. Started with the good ol bill start method and went from there. After a few years of hard work and fluxating on my diet I was at around 200lbs and counting calories one month and slacking off the next. I decided to quit dicking around and get my crap together. In the past 2 years I have missed maybe 10 workouts. I love pushing myself and know that I have the frame and dedication to be big in the future. I am in no rush and draw tons of inspiration from people like Ed Corney that started this journey later in life as well. I am now 6'1 and at 205 at 13% BF after a recent cut. I was a right around 200 at slightly lower bodyfat by end of cut. I am currently shooting for 3800 cals or so a day. I eat pretty close to the same thing everyday. Lean turkey/beef, steak, chicken, fish, brown rice, sweet potatos, milk, veggies by the bushels, fruit in the mornings, greek yogurt, tons of oats. All the good stuff. I love eating healthy and eating every few hours. I am never hungry but never too full.

I am a little OCD over my diet but have made it easy on myself now. For this current bulk I shoot for 1.5gish of protein per pound and .45g of fat per pound and fill the rest in with carbs depending on what calories I am shooting for. I don't know that this is the best option but it has worked quite well for me.
