How many reps and changing routine

Hey guys, i am in week 5 of a 400mg PW Test Enanthate cycle and was thinking of changing my routine a bit and needed your advice.

Currently doing all exercises for 12/10/8 reps. Doing 12-14 sets for major bodyparts and 9 for arms. Train each body part once per week.

Question is as my strength goes up i am starting to get a bit fatigued doing these rep ranges, should i lower the reps and keep loading up the weight?

EXAMPLE OF CURRENT CHEST ROUTINE
Bench - 12/10/8
Incline Machine - 12/10/8
Decline - 12/10/8
X-overs - 12/10/8
( was doing dips but hurt shoulder so x-overs replaced them and machine replaced incline BB press )

Was thinking of changing it to 8/6/6-4? what do you guys think about this rep range?

I am on a very lean diet designed by 3J and haven't moved weight since i started but strength and size is going nicely which is great, but think i could be lifting much more if i wasn't doing higher reps.

Any advice appreciated.

well we dont want your tendons and ligaments to tear, that's the prob.. you add too much weight too quickly and your chances of injury increase big time..

i like to run a 2, 2, 5, 5, 7.. that's an intense workout. but you need to figure out your max first

I'm w/ B_saan. 10,8,6 or 8,6,4

I usually don't go below 7 'cause of injury risk (just a personal preference), but keeping the reps under 10 and bumping the weight up I bet will give you some solid results.

I would focus on intensity and putting everything you have into every single rep with no wasted movements or reps ... However, I happen to think that 120 reps for one body part is too much, but everyone's body is different and what works for me may not work for you.

You keeping a training journal so you track your results and general mood/performance?

Yeah i have been keeping a journal on every gym day, have been getting steady increases with the 12/10/8 but felt as though i was getting to fatigued and had to save some for the last few exercises.

I've been doing 8/6/4 for the last week and loving it, ive added another 10-20lbs to all lifts and getting a great workout, really intense!

I very rarely even hit 10 reps on bench, I do not get stronger doing 10 rep sets. If strength is not a concern though, then I dunno - do what works.
