how many weeks out should i start dieting?

well your already pretty damn lean.. i would say 15-16 weeks out so i agree with dahurt

have you ever had someone help you with a contest prep?

yeah that i was thinking starting out 15 weeks out at 300g carbs/day and lowering week by week.There is a friend of mine who competes in Canada and he's giving me some advices. This is my first show and im lookin' for help here and there to get as much info as i can

Don't take offense to it bud I didn't mean it in a bad way. In your relaxed pic your bf shows a little better. The slower you drop the weight the better for you. You start 20 weeks out to preserve muscle.
 
Don't follow a straight macro split. Make sure to carb cycle.

yeah im thinking to carb cycle last 8-10 weeks!Highest day on legs and back,medium day on chest,delts,arms and 0-50g carbs from greens on he day off.Since often im training twice a day i think it will be more easy to drop the weight and that i can use some few more carbs because im eating +400g-500/day now and still maintaining the bodyweight.:dance2:plus last weeks on clen and t3:laugh3:

lol yeah thnx BigKentucky!20 weeks seems a pretty high number.I don't have 20 weeks though...im 19 weeks out now :D.Im gonna continue to eat high carbs for another 3 weeks and im starting the diet 15 weeks out.Since is my first show(even that i wanted to compete earlier...im not that old by the way lolz im gonna be 25yo this month) i want to take things slowly and see how body will react.I don't wanna be in a rush and make mistakes.Better safe then sorry.Thnx for your advices and if i have any question ill hit u up....and im gonna keep u guys updated
