how much arimidex when doing sustanon 250 and winstrol?

hey guys briefly this is my cycle:

750mg of sustanon 250 medistar per week (1 to 10)
50mg of winstrol ed from week 4 to 10
have arimidex for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but don't know how much to take, pills are 1 mg (medistar)

PCT

clomid 100/100/50/50
nolvadex 20/20/20/20

so i want some help on how much arimidex to take to prevent gyno and specially bloating.

Take half a pill every other day. If you start getting puffy nips up it to one pill every other day. You can even run ot every day if needed, but that's only if you NEED to. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should be dosed depending on situation..

.5mg EOD to start, adjust if needed.

Agreed with the guys above. I would not run Sustanon (sust) any less than 12wks also.
