how much aromasin OR arimidex should i take

just got my bloods back, my e2 is at 102 pg/ml, i need to get it down to normal asap. i have aromasin and arimidex on hand, how much of which should i take?

currently taking aromasin, thats why i figured aromasin would be the better choice so i took 12.5mg just now. should i maybe pop another 12.5? i think 25mg would get me right back to normal what do you think?

Estradiol: 374.10 pmol/L ( 99.40 - 192.00)

374.1 pmol/L = 102 pg/ml

my sweet spot is around 35-40 pg/ml

i like having letro on hand . its super fast and effective at lowering E . you gotta be careful with it cause its powerful shit , but if your E sensitive and you want to lower E fast , pick up some letro and dose lightly.
of course Aromisn is perfectly fine as a protocol , but throwing some letro in there when needed is effective (example - i have to run my normal AI plus throw in some letro anytime i run d-bol)

I'll run .5mg 3 times per week ON TOP of my normal AI protocol. <-- thats a good starting point especially if your worried about crashing E . you can be more aggressive though,, depends on you E levels and how fast you want it lowered.

IMOP Letro can be too easily over kill. For a non-experienced guy that can cause a crash. Look into all the sides of high and low Estradiol.

Please post all your stats: age,ht,wt,BF% and some history of your training and steroid use. Most important is what dose your cycle consist of. Do you have your PCT set up to use.?

shortly after i posted this i took 18.75mg of aromasin. started pissing that day and the next day, sex drive came back a bit but i felt like i still wasnt where i should be. still had slightly puffy nips and i was holding a bit of water. so today (2 days later), i popped 6.25mg aromasin. i will get bloods done on thursday.

right now i'm doing 250mg test a week, and i know that with 350mg test a week 6.25mg aromasin EOD puts my e2 at around 45, so i figure on my current test dose 6.25mg EOD would be perfect.

It will take few weeks (2-3) to lower your E2 to normal levels.. it will not happen overnight.. I would take 6.25mg ED for next two weeks and than do bloods..
