How much BCAAs is too much?

I just read that too much L-Leucine can turn to ammonia in the body. I may be hurting myself. I take a 4-1-1 (L-Leucine-Valine-IsoLeucine) combo instead of the normal 2-1-1. Here is my schedule:

AM 10g as I get on the elliptical for 30min cardio
10g right after 30 min cardio

Breakfast
Snack
Lunch


10g as I start strength training
10g 30min in
10g when I get home with waxy maize and creatine

PWO meal
Dinner
Snack before bed
(casein with 5g)

I saw some really good results from adding it before and during the workout, and I gradually added more and more, and maybe I've taken it a little too far?
 
I usually do about 40g fasted between 5am-noon (maybe sooner like 10am)

it's going to help if you train fasted or if you are dieting down...will help you hold on to muscle tissue while being in a caloric deficit
