How much cardio

Got way too much BF, I wanna bulk up and I'm training and eating to bulk.
But at the same time i wanna lose my BF, so how much cardio should I stick into my week?

I thought maybe 2-3 45-60mins sessions

Too much?

every day. Its just to keep healthy because of the ammount you eat. Diet is was lowers your fat. Dont go crazy with cardio, be comfortable. Do it lighter and longer, or harder and shorter. I like the first one better myself.
 
cardio also helps with your lifting. i aint saying become an olypic marathoner but i like about an hour 2-3 times per week of lightly intense cardio. not just walking but walking a brisk pace on an incline if you using the treadmill.

but ripped is right as well every day if you can
 
i agree, its hard to beat a 30-45 minute brisk walk on an incline every morning to get you nice and awake. Read something while you do it to make it go quicker. I find it lowers my stress levels.
