The idea is that caisen is slow digesting, so it is good at night when you aren't taking in protein every few hours like usual. Too many carbs whenever will make me fat. That is part of the reason I've hesitated to use dextrose in the PWO. When I was bulking, I simply used milk and I was extremely happy with the results, although it is easy to grow when you are just getting started.Bruce Banner said:And taking to much simple carbs post workout is a good way for me to get fat.
