how much is enough

first cycle, test prop.400 I am 6'3'' 330lb ,because im a bigger guy is it necessary to do a bigger dose and how long after my last injection do i need to start taking clomid and what doses on that should i do

First bro, you need to do some research on training/dieting and the use of AAS. Doing AAS when you are overweight is not in your best interest. First get a sold training/diet program down to lean down to a decent size and then use AAS to enhance your physique. At this point, all you should be doing is cardio, cardio and more cardio along with a proper diet and training program. You may not want to hear this but it's the truth. Best of luck.
 
im doing 30 minutes of cardio six days a week .I have a solid weight training schedule my strength is naturally is through the roof ,My diet could use some improving i wont lie ,but i am improving and making changes im eating very clean right now just not enough my bodyfat is 18%

Is this a guess or did you have it tested and what was the testing method?

You are on the right track then. I would wait on the AAS bro...serious. Get yourself down to a reasonable weight first and then start.
 
24 i do powerlift ,but im ready to start looking good naked , my bench is 455,deadlift 700 squat 845 and thats all been achieved naturally . i know its mainly all diet then training and cardio

I was thinking the same thing. At 6'3" 330 lbs, it just seems like your BF% would be higher. I could be wrong but on the surface it seems like it's higher than that.
 
wouldnt the test jump start my metobolism ,wich would help me burn more fat with a solid foundation in diet and training
 
Pure powerlifters are a whole other breed bro. I know of hulking mothrfuckers with big bellies that are on the sauce that bench 750+. They dont give a shit about how they look. They just want to push massive weight...

It does increase dangers though when you BF% is high... Blood pressure, possibly increased estrogen sides...

Exactly. I think if you are wanting to lose weight and look better, I'd wait a bit on the AAS usage. As stated, increased BF% increases the possability of sides that come with AAS use.
 
but thats the thing im starting to give a shit how i look and we both know powerlifters are not always the healthiest people , i mean if bodyfat is the main cause for me not to start this cycle ,i would like an honest opinion what would be,i do have a gut but its hard as a rock ,I wear size 38 in pants lol i dont know if that will kinda give you a visual or not

You are good to go IMO.

I'd suggest a combo of Test and DECA even for a first cycle for someone that is competitive in the sport of powerlifting. I'd suggest this to my friends that powerlift.

The importance using androgens with anabolics is even more important with a powerlifter.

If you are truely 18%... then you are good to go. "15%" is slandered as the magic number. Was it caliper tested?
 
But if you want to shy away from powerlifting just up your cardio and adjust your diet bro. With your size you could easily maintain most of your mass and cut up.

It entirely depends on your goals.
