Alright guys I'm trying to drop weight a little faster and I am completely dedicated to my deal I do cardio 4-5 times a week stair master and I make sure I hit 350 cal
Maintence cal 2322
Protein 203g
Carbs 232g
Fat 64g

Cycle 600mg test cyp-on week 8
Anavar 50mg daily split .25/.25-just started

? Is should I drop my carbs a little more and up protein and fats do drop faster??i am dropping but man I want these hiddens to show soon haha
