What is the max amount of protein I can take each meal that will be used for building muscle? I hear only 30-35 gr of protein. More will be converted to fat. but I see a lot of people eat 50 gram each meal.
I'm around 213lbs at 13% and I eat at least 50g per meal 6-7 meals per day and I feel that's on the low side. It really depends on how much lean mass you currently have and what it would take to maintain that or progress. What are your current stats?
