I feel like I need to eat a steak everynight. I love it but it is getting really expensive. How much steak is recommended in a BBing diet for good B-12 flow?
8oz pretty much every day. I found a grocery store in town that always has killer New York Strip on sale for $5.99 a pound so i spend around $20 a week. I can live with that.
I'll switch between steak and chicken...so chicken for like a week, then steak for 3-4 days, then chicken again. Occasionally salmon filets and/or tuna.
Eat it a couple times a week myself as well. The better cuts are pricey, at least where I live, but some of the cheaper cuts are not bad, just marinade them, then put the oven on broil. They will taste pretty good and will not be tough.
