how much to increase each week?

i was wondering what percentage i should be going up on average i should be increasing the weight on exercises such as dumb bell shoulder press and dumb bell press and barbell rows?


i know theres alot of things that come into this but i just want an average sort of percentage?
 
You can't really put a number or percentage on it.
What I do is for example on upper body exercises, I'll go as heavy as I can while keeping the rep range 6-10. Once I hit 10 reps or more, I'll go up in weight. There's no magic number here. As long as you're going harder each workout, you'll make progress.
