Hi guys I was just wondering how much ya'll deadlift. I know people like the brag about how much they bench but i think its more impressive if you have a powerfull back.

I'm 6'2 and deadlift around 425

Hahaha i have a pretty good bench and deadlift but my squat is terrible

ha thats true i'm scared to go any higher. I know this dude at my gym that does like 765 but he messed his spine up really bad during a competition.

How is his form? Does he train equipped?

5 '6 163lbs deadlift 315 6 reps never max..... dont want to kill back.

If your form is spot on, I see no reason to hit higher weight for less reps. Most powerlifters will stay under the 5 rep range for deads in most cases.
