wow you are stupid ! if you do strength training your suposed to stick to strength training. if your doing endurance training your suposed to stick to it. the only thing that changes is your amount of reps and your mind set. personally if your workout is proper then you dont need to worry about changing it as much as you dont want to! changeing your workout ,yes will benifit you in the sense that your encouraging new muscle dinamics, but it will also take time to recover properly and get back on track.

if you are new to body building the best thing you can do is stimulate your muscles by doing some endurance and strengh trainign at the same time so i would recomend doing 3 excersizes all at once for 4 sets without any pausing. dont go to heavy and work your way up. that way you will excite your muscles properly and you can judge each muscle group on its own. it should take you 2-3 weeks to figure out your base of where yoru starting. once youve maxed out your strength your now lifting heavy so move on to chaneg your workout if you please and start over, or continue to lift heavy. yes change is good but no i would stick to your routine and push more heavy weight. it all depends on what you mean by change workout routine. you can always incorporate a new excersize into your existing workout but if you change yoru intire routine you will suffer from it. hope that was helpful
