Ok so Im on a deca test cycle how much hcg nolva and clomid should I take and for how long after my cycle

What dose and ester of test are you running? How soon are you stopping the deca?
Pct should always be:
Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20
Since your running a 19nor you should extend pct to 6 weeks.
Hcg should be used on cycle only, 500 iu per week split into two shots. Never use HCG in PCT.

I can help you with the hCG. Since it is suppressive to the HPTA you do not want to use it during PCT. You should use it during your cycle though.

So no hcg after cycle got it. . I am on enathate.. so 100/50/50/50 thats how many mgs I take every week or evor how is that splir how often do I take it

Thats how many mgs you take daily for that week.
So 100/50/50/50/50/50 = 100mg daily first week, then weeks 2-6 50mg daily.
Nolva too.
Take megas advice and do a bit of reading, your far more likely to do some real damage if you dont know what your doing

Yeah I jumped into this cycle irresponsiby live and learn though im glad im on this forum everyday though without it I probably would of had some issues with the cycle im on thank yoy everyone for your help ill try to be more educated before I do my next cycle
