How should I run this?

Looking to lose a little flab I've accumulated from PT of my ACL reconstruction, so I'v got almost three bottles of NYC, some clen, liquidex, and thermorexin. I would take the liquidex at maybe 1mg or .5mg ED, and I'm thinking of running the NYC for 2 weeks and then clen for two weeks, OR should I run the NYC at the same time as the clen? Or should I rotate the two, I think I read that about clen somewhere. First time to take clen, what dosage should I try out? 4 a day? I'm not sure how to throw the thermorexin in there either. Any opinions are welcome.
 
well the only advice i could give you is on the clen and NYC. do the clen for 2wks. then the NYC for 2wks. and repeat. you have to find out what dosage is right for you. start with one pill and see how you react to that. if you think it isn't enough just add another one. i wouldn't take more than 100mcg a day though, unless you really don't feel it. i can't help you with the liquidex and the thermorexin though. but i'm shure someone here could. good luck
 
What I would suggest is to make sure you rehab the ACL as hard as you can.. I had an ACL repair and it is not fun...Don't worry about the flab.. I put on a lot of BF after my ACl (complete tear) make sure that ACL is good to go then start the running..which will help the ACL and burn the BF at the same time... forget the other stuff until you feel almost back to normal...
