how to bulk up!?

your issue isn't your training.. your issue is your diet.. im about 90% sure that's whats going on.. even with genetics from hell a novice training routine plus a decent diet should show results...
 
Im eatin 3 good sized meals a day plus a pharma gain shake, ill keep goin an see if i get bigger

Eating "big meals" doesn't meen anything. You need to learn how to count macros...

You weigh 160lbs
1g of protein = 4 calories
1g of carbs = 4 calories
1g of fat = 9 calories

I eat in a 40 40 20 split
Try similar for yourself

Thats 40% of my cals is from protein, 40% is from carbs, and 20% is from fats


Do some math...and like magic...you have a diet. Good luck.

Lift as heavy as possible to wear on the 7-8 rep you can't lift it ! 5 days a week is plenty even 4 is good it lots of protein not shakes actually eat it protein
