Can anyone help? Thanks

As a beginner you should see some gains nomatter what you're doing.

Eat big, lift big. It's that simple.

Kid...why are you in a steroid forum....? More importantly in a steroid section. there is a training section on this site

and to answer your questions, 2 months aint shit.
and its all about your diet. look up some basic bodybuilding meal plans and try to imitate them

Cheers for all the feed back an coz i was jus readin some of the over threads an registerd didnt even relise it was a steroid site! But safe for the advice

Lmao, just eat over maintenance, do all your compounds, and SLEEP. Rest is essential. Do some research, 2 months isn't much time but if you stay consistent you will see results.

i joined this site after that dude shared the infamous 1/5 squat video, im sad i missed it... how am i supposed to make nasty power gains without that knowledge? Plus I wanna laugh, everything that dude does kills me. Btw I can 1/5 bench 350

At your age your natural testosterone is high so take advantage and eat big and lift hard. Stick with it and you will see gains.

ROFL 1/5 squats!! Did those today and I think my legs are already bigger!

No but serious bro.. All the above is good advice. These are my suggestions.

1. Figure out your maintenance calories.
2. Eat above maintenance
3. Lift BIG
4. Sleep
5. And be consistent. 2 months ain't shit
