how to bulk up!?

Im 17, 5ft10 and 154lbs, firstly can i get to 200lbs? An i am wondering which training is best 1 muscle a day work out or a mixed work out(chest back abs on same day)? How many days should ii train? And how offen should i be uping the weight?
Im currently doing:
Monday- chest
Wednesday- back
Friday- arms
Is this any good or should i change?

If you want to be 200lbs you better start eating a lot lol. Its very possible but its not gonna happen over night. Get a good diet going and you will gain weight. I do 1 muscle group a day but wheres your shoulders, and leg days?
 
Im eatin when ever im hungry really plus 3 meals a day and a weight gain shake, i wasnt going to start on my legs until i got big up top overwise i would look all top an no legs but should i be workin them now? And shoulders i hadnt really thought about because i thought would come in back and arm exercises?
And im doing 10reps/4sets on back and chest and im doing 10reps/3sets on arms
 
weight gain shake is prolly shite. you need to dial in the diet first and foremost. get with a trainer at your gym and set up a solid 4-day split incorporating 3-4 exercises for each muscle group. work on form and keep researching training techniques.
 
You'll get there if you keep at it. You're still nowhere at your potential yet over the next couple years you'll grow. Diet is most important thing.

I like to work out atleast 6 days a week. I also like to do all extension execise one day and pulling exercises the next.
Meaning(chest, shoulders, triceps) then (biceps, back) and then legs and abs.

I also would do 3-4 sets of each exercise 8-10 reps. When you get to that 3rd or 4th set and it seems a litle easy-Increase weight.
Don't forget to switch up exercises, what that means is don't do the same lifts week in and out. Learn new ones, use dumbell instead of barbell ect.

then loosen your belt and eat some more.

dont eat $hit foods (keep an eye on your meal sodium, sugar, and fat content).... there is a huge difference between a sloppy 200lb and a good 200lb

3 or 4 day split focus on compound movements....eat on your off days just as you eat on your on days

oh yeah...... dont forget to eat.
 
as im only 17 wil i fill out or just stay skiny? haha and ive just wokred out what foods im goin to eat more of an what im going to stop eatin as much of so im startin a decent diet

Youll continue to grow buddy. Your only 17 your not done growing. Eat, train, eat, sleep,eat,eat,eat.....
