How to cut up

Alright, I'm almost done with a cycle of M1T and i've gained about 15 lbs of muscle and about 5-10 lbs of fat. My problem is none of it is cut (or toned, don't really know the difference in the terms). It's just bulk, how do i turn my muscle from bulk into something that looks like muscle without dieting and losing my muscle. Is there any way to change the way i work out and do that without cardio. For example, i've heard lowering the weight and uping reps helps cut muscles. Any advice or experience doing this would be helpful
Thanks
Josh

dude just do some cardio, moderate your carbs/sugars/fats(read: eat bvery clean), drink gallons of water a day and keep lifting. that muscle you added will burn more calories at rest than you used to. if you eat clean, cutting up shouldn't be difficult for you.

Hey bro, the terms "cutting" and "toning" really don't have much to do with the muscles, other than having bigger muscles will make the effect much more pronounced.

Cutting and toning are really just about FAT. You burn off the fat covering all your muscles and, BAM, you can see the cuts and striation in your muscles. The shape and definition of the muscle itself never changes, you just get to see it! :D

Hey dude,

If you really want to cut up, the only thing for it is cardio and clean diet. Half an hour of cardio a day is all it takes bro. Either in the morning on an empty stomach or right after weight training. Clean up your diet, add some Hydroxycuts and watch the fat melt off.

wouldnt u drop muscle mass that way?

Yes, so the key is continuing to weight train, and and eating 1.5-2gms of protien per pound of body weight. The goal here is to shed body fat while maintaining or maybe even adding muscle mass(although it is very difficult as I have found out:( )

adding muscle and loosing BF is very easy to do if you know how. i have posted here several times on this very subject. I have several trainees loosing BF and gaining lean muscle. if you understand what causes your body to store fat then you can counter act this with nutrition. if you understand what adds muscle then you can incorporate this into your routine.

as far as the original poster saying he gained 15lbs of muscle and 10lbs of fat i say doubtful. 15 lbs of muscle is a lot. thats a lot of beef.
