I just got a 90 count bottle of Xtreme DMZ and am wondering how to cycle it. With past supplements, I've noticed the company recommends you take more then you actually need.
1. Do I take DMZ on off days?
2. How many do I take a day?
3. Is there a specific time to take it? (Before, after workout. Waking up, going to sleep)
4. Is there anything that reduces the effect? (Food, protein, pre-workout)
5. Is an additional product really necessary when coming off the cycle?
A side question, I've heard this product is getting banned, is this true? Certain states, or entire nation?
