how to draw test and actually mix the hcg?

alrighty, newbee again, as before someone else just pre loaded my shots for me!

today tried to draw out the water to mix hcg, the plunger would get sucked back into the bottle!

tried a couple times, and finally withdrew needle, changed tips and sucked a bit of air into syringe, poked into water sucked out water, and then went to inject hcg, felt like there was a lot of pressure in hcg bottle, man it was crazzy!

so i ask what the best way is to withdraw my test so i dont have a bunch of issues, as well as my hcg, might just back load all my syringes and put them into the fridge?

The best thing for any newb to do is go to youtube and find videos on drawing test/hcg. There are tons out there and you can actually watch somebody do it. Try that first.

You need to pull back the plunger before inserting it into the vial. Push the air into the vial then withdraw the liquid.

ok, yeah after watching youtube, and my in laws comming over, got it all going!
