I'm sure the answer is somewhere within the stickies, but I've read every one and can't seem to find the answer, unless I'm just not understanding.
I get how to calculate TDEE, and add up all the calories and such, but I can't seem to figure out how many macros (protein, carbs and fats) I should get in according to this? Also how should those macros change as my weight/bf % changes?
For reference I'm currently 23, 6'4, 190 at 15% body fat.
