How to gain a lb in one hr.....

I just woke up for a snack and ate a lb of Cole slaw. After being metabolized of coursee it wont be a net gain of 1 lb but righ t now im feeling sick and cant lay down. I think I hate Cole Slaw again.
I do this from time to time and always feel sick after.

Local store. Got an old Rotisserie chicken too that had been there since 11 a.m. and i got it for 1.99 at around 9:30 pm.
