Hi all,
I have read many topics in tis thread and I’m really thankful for all the messages. Now I know that only options for women are anavar, primobolan and winstrol. Is it right? But for sure I’d like to summarize my case. My details and goals:
I’m 32 years old, female. I lift weights seriously (5-6 times per week, depending to the program, which is changed every 6-8 week) for 1,5 years now. In the years before I was only runner, some boxing, exercise such as many sets of pull ups and push ups after each running and other sports (but I trained it every day). I started lifting weights because of my bodyweight and visage. I was 171 cm and 45,5 kg, I looked bad, but I was in the perfect form thanks the endurance training. In the first 6-8 months of my weight training I gained 6 kg of muscles and was so happy and bigger. My lifting results were and are DL - 150% of my BW , SQ - 110%, BP - 90% etc. I running now only 3 times per week as cardio activity and other sport only irregularly (like bouldering, street workout on the bars etc.). The weight training with heavy weights is main workout in the last 1,5 year.
The trouble is that in the last 10 months I gained only 1 kg if something and I don’t have better lifting results. So now I’m 171 cm and 52 kg. One day I’d like to achieve 60 kg or more… and be ready for fitness competition, but I still don’t look even like a bikini girl. No shoulders, no big legs… BTW my body fat always was and still is 8-9%. I’m real ectomorph. Concerning my diet: proteins - 1,8-2g/1kg of my BW, saccharides – at least 6g/1 kg, unsaturated fats at least 1g/1kg. I don’t feel comfortable with the overeating, but I do what I can. Supplements: I take only BCAAs, proteins and gainers. From time to time I have low carb and high carb days with my boyfriend (who has great results with same workout programs and fewer calories). Of course, I tried all the creatines, HMB etc., no results. I also stopped using hormonal contraception, because I was not able to get more muscles.
The trouble is that my friends from the gym are only men and I’m not sure with their advices concerning aas for women. I know that a) I’d like to try some cycles for getting more muscles, b) I don’t wait miracles, c) and I’m ready to start slow and increase.
After reading this thread it seems that the most popular among women in this forum is anavar. Do you think I should start with anavar for about 8 weeks…? Could I have any results? I don’t hurry up on my muscle results, but I really want them. I have no problem with side effects such as acne, irregular period, with inject form and so, I’m worried only about serious side effects like big changes of clitoris, health troubles etc.
Thank you in advance for all advices and I’m sorry for my English.
