how to go from cutting to bulking? need diet help.

hey everyone.

Recently i've been cutting, since mid January. I lost a total of 25 lbs, but unfortunately I lost more muscle than i had expected. I've been on low carbs (about 50-100 per day) and doing cardio 4x week in the morning.
My gear for a bulking cycle will be ready in about 3 weeks. How can i ease back into bulking without gaining back all the fat i just lost? should i wait until i start my cycle before i raise my calories or should i start now so when i do start the cycle i'll already be in bulk mode?

If your cutting diet was healthy your bulking diet should be the same-just a lot more of it. I subtract dairy when cutting, and add a hell of a lot of dairy when bulking.
 
Just make sure you increase your calories SLOWLY. You can still do cardio if you want, but keep it low intensity. Don't just abruptly increase your cals and cut your cardio.
