How to help shoulder pain?

Obviously not working out will take away this pain but that would mean a lot of time and money down the drain. Are there any exercises that will help get rid of my shoulder pain. It's a chronic pain in my front and side deltoid that feels like someone took a knife and sliced me when I move the wrong way. I can still workout but it burns when I go to failure. Advice is welcomed.

My routine is pretty basic. One bodypart a day. Chest is on Monday and shoulders is on tuesday. Im thinking my problem is the way Im hitting my reps. Im looking for mass so I want to hit low reps. I dont know why but evry time I get in the gym I start out 15,10,10,8,6,4,4. Im thinking one light warmup then all reps between 4-6. What exercises might help shoulder cuff? Also what dou you think about doing one bodypart per day to maximum potential.
 
I would leave at least a day between chest and shoulder because on chest day you are already working your front delts and tris, then you are gonna blast them again the next day.

as for rotator cuff exercises, i already posted you a link that has pictures and explanations, what more would you like?
