Lol that's fine brother. I only say so bc during a period I cut down on my smoking, I got tested and passed. I did cut down a lot, but didn't stop completely. It was for a job working in a safe and vault room so the test done wasn't one of those cheesy take home tests lol. I could very well be wrong but I've yet to fail a test, whether it was urine, saliva, or hair (never done blood, wouldn't consent lol) and I've never quit smoking completely, in fact I've smoked on the way to most of my drug tests and passed. Also my cousin recently got hired as a pharmacist at a hospital and passed a hair test.

It depends on the job and the test given but they can test for and fail you for the "detox" compounds I hope youre aware

Wow now that is good to know....not that I'm worried about it....it could be another month or two before I land the job but I want to lay the ground work accordingly....don't want to fuck shit up because I failed a damn drug test

Yea bro just be careful, I know a few people who used cleaners and got "administrative fails" for having cleaning agents in the sample. They may or may not search for them but jus so you know to plan accordingly.
